1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 33wbm platform (the "Platform"), accessible at https://33wbm.net, you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute the entire and sole agreement between you and 33wbm with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 33wbm Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any notification of a change to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the 33wbm Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and you hereby submit to such jurisdiction.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are provided in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the 33wbm Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access and use online betting and casino platforms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing 33wbm account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed by 33wbm for any reason.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player through 33wbm's responsible gaming tools.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2.1 Age Verification

33wbm conducts age and identity verification checks during the registration process and may request additional supporting documentation at any point — including before processing a player's first withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority.

Any account found to belong to a player who is under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will be permanently closed without notice. Winnings accumulated on an underage account will be voided and forfeited in full.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3 Account Registration and Security

You must keep this information updated at all times.

3.1 Account Credentials

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, a fictitious name, or an address that does not match your verified identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal restriction, and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Ownership and Transferability

Your 33wbm account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer account ownership or to allow a third party to operate your account will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33wbm Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 33wbm supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options including Visa and Mastercard may be available; check the Cashier section of your account for the current list of supported methods.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 33wbm is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum single deposit; however, daily deposit limits may apply in accordance with your account tier and any voluntary deposit limits you have set under 33wbm's responsible gaming tools.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 33wbm account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and age verification completed) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, unless otherwise approved by 33wbm's finance team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

5 Betting and Casino Rules

6.1 Wagering Requirements

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33wbm Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment details, chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any betting market or casino game.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Money laundering: Using the 33wbm Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds connected to any criminal activity.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences across markets or accounts in a manner intended to guarantee profit without genuine sporting risk.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner that is not manual and in real time.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 33wbm Platform or its associated infrastructure.
• Third-party account operation: Operating a 33wbm account on behalf of another person, whether for commercial gain or otherwise.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

33wbm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

8.1 Effect of Suspension or Closure

Upon suspension or closure of your account, any pending bets that were placed before the suspension will be settled in accordance with their normal terms. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, unless the account was closed due to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other material breach of these Terms — in which case 33wbm reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 33wbm account at any time by contacting customer support via the live chat inside the Platform. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33wbm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 33wbm Platform. 33wbm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 33wbm account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 33wbm's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
